File Setup
To make sure we are all on the same page these guidelines for creating your own art will help ensure smooth sailing
Flags and Fabric
- Acceptable file formats: PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, JPG, TIF
- To ensure colors print correctly please save files in CMYK color mode.
- Raster files must be saved at a resolution of 300 dpi
- Be sure to embed any images used in Illustrator
- If sending InDesign files please package
- Check with your Project Manager for size specs for your specific products
Fluorescent Inks
- Using fluorescent inks on your fabric products requires a different setup then what is noted above. Please contact your Project Manager for specifics on designing for fluorescent inks.
Floors and Vinyl Props
- Acceptable file formats: PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, JPG, TIF
- To ensure colors print correctly please save files in CMYK color mode.
- Raster files must be saved at a resolution of 300 dpi
- Flatten all layered files
- If sending InDesign files please package
- Size art for vinyl products at a scale of one inch equals one foot, 1"=1'. Ex- file size for a 50'x70' floor would be 50"x70"
- Prop files that require extra vinyl to wrap around frames should add .5" of bleed around all sides. Ex- file size for 8'x4' sideline panels with extra would be 9"x5"
